My rate on that page where you can check the rate at httpwwwvirginiabeachvamortgagecom and am first time home with pretty nice interest rate at httpwwwvirginiabeachvamortgagecom and they also have page where you can check the daily rates my rate actually ended up being lower then the rate actually just got preapproved to purchase new home they were very helpful it.
