      If your home was worth 1 cent, maybe no one would care. But seeing that investors money are invested in your home, I highly doubt anyone would forget a debt.
      Lets just say, if your buddy borrowered a $100 from you, would you forget and let it go? Let alone something worth 6 figures right?
