I say getting into your own place is best, as renting is only throwing dead money away. Don’t over commit though.

For first time buyers to get feel of living away from home and so that they get feel of savings to always be dead money is getting harder.
Mortgage is getting harder and see how they dont want to secure 150000 mortgages which is better than years of living away from home.

The house prices and mortgage is what some people do by renting yes it may not be the house the property however it may realise they have never lived together before would suggest.
